Experimentation…
I love experimenting. There’s nothing more that I love than just going out and trying new things. Yesterday that included not only revisiting a childhood passtime of skateboarding…but as you might imagine…creating some imagery from the experience.
What follows below is a series of rough shots and cuts of my son and his buddy as they showed daddy up! Well at least that’s what I wanted them to think

Bear Naked Granola Trail Day Cleanup at the 2010 Teva Mountain Games. What a great turnout for the event with over 100 people showing up to give back. Massive props to Bear Naked for putting together this event and getting people to give back!

Favorite child shot…
While I had to keep this shoot under wraps until now, I wanted to share with you a favorite of mine from a shoot we did late last fall.
While I don’t shoot a lot of children, this shoot had an array of ten different child models in two days. What a whirlwind but I had a ball. One thing I love is to have lots of action on set…they certainly kept me and the crew movin!
I almost lost it when this kiddo was being fed. The facial expressions were absolutely priceless…almost like a cartoon drawing!
This little guy had no fear throwing some ammo at the lens and we rolled with his whim and captured this. Pure child emotion, raw and colorful!
